What is your return policy?
Our products are as unique and special as our customers. We do our best to represent the color, size, and materials used in our online listings. Due to the variable size, weight and fragility of our products, shipping is performed with great care.
In the event that you receive your purchase, and it does not meet your expectations, we will accept a return of the item, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you Ship? / How much is shipping?
This is a complicated question. The short answer is Yes, we do ship. The long answer is, it depends on what and where to determine the cost and method used for shipping. Smaller items are simple; picture frames, mirrors, lamps- these things are packaged in a box, safe and secure and sent via UPS. Larger pieces like furniture can be delivered locally within a 25 mile radius of Chardon, Ohio. Dave brings them in his trailer and will unload and install the pieces in your home. If you live outside of the 25 mile radius, we will communicate with you to determine the most efficient form of boxing, crating, and trucking needed to get your purchase to you.
